2. ACCESS TO BRYANT SOLUTIONS SECURE SERVER:
- Access is only for customers paying for online services.
- Login information is solely for the individual approved by Bryant Solutions, Inc. It may not be shared or transferred.
- Login information such as date, time, and IP address is monitored and recorded.
3. PRICES:
Bryant Solutions, Inc. price list applies to all U.S. customers. No discounts are available. Pricing complies with U.S. Government Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) “most favored customer” clause.
4. QUOTATIONS:
- Formal written quotations will be honored for 20 workdays from date specified on formal quote, unless quoted otherwise.
- All quoted or published product prices are F.O.B. San Ramon, California, and do not include insurance, special handling charges, etc. No provision has been made for withholding or collecting various out-of-state SALES, USE, or EXPORT taxes. Compliance with applicable tax regulations is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Purchase orders, credit cards, checks, wire transfers, or EFTs.
- Credit card (CC) payments will include a surcharge.
- Checks must be received by our office 10 workdays before the start of class to allow enough time for the check to clear our bank.
- Purchase orders must be preapproved. This option is typically only available for entities where Bryant Solutions, Inc. has a signed contract in place.
6. CUSTOMER-PREMISE TRAINING SERVICES:
- Bryant Solutions, Inc. requires a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 15 students per course.
- Payment must be received 10 workdays prior to the start of training.
- For approved purchase orders (POs), the number of seats specified on a PO will be invoiced. Changes in the number of training seats require an approved revision of the PO greater than 10 workdays prior to its start date.
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email. Bryant Solutions, Inc. will reply with a written acknowledgment. Customers who have already paid for training may receive a refund (minus any incurred expenses) for acknowledged class cancellations greater than 10 workdays before its start date. Typical expenses that we are unable to recoup are credit card transaction fees and airfare cancellation fees. Customers also have the option to reschedule or obtain a credit. Cancellations received 10 workdays or less of the course start date will not receive a refund. Credits issued can only be used for products and services offered by Bryant Solutions, Inc. and must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.
- Per Diem/Non-recurrence Travel Expenses
- Quote and invoice expense rates and charges are based on the current U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Per Diem Rates.
- Training held at our HQ facility in San Ramon is typically not charged for expenses.
- Training performed at a customer-defined location will be charged for travel expenses. There is an equipment setup/teardown flat fee when training and travel to/from HQ can be performed within an 8-hour period. Training requiring more than 1-day will be quoted.
7. ONLINE TRAINING SERVICES:
Payment must be received and approved before a course will start.
8. ENGINEERING SERVICES:
Payment or a purchase order is required prior to the start of any technical service.
9. TRAINING RECORDING POLICY:
Bryant Solutions strictly prohibits taping or digital recording and re-broadcast of audio or video of our course without prior written approval.
10. COPYRIGHT WARNING; RESTRICTIONS ON USE:
All Bryant Solutions training and class materials, including supplemental information (“materials”), are the sole property of Bryant Solutions, protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States (Title 17, United States Code), and the laws of other countries where courses are available, governing the making of copies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Each class is designed for an authorized, single user only. Any copy, distribution or disclosure of the contents of class materials without the written authorization of Bryant Solutions is strictly prohibited. You may not use the materials for any purpose other than for your own educational purposes. You may not copy, transfer, lease, assign, make available for timesharing or sub-license Bryant Solutions copyrighted materials, in whole or in part, nor modify, reproduce or distribute the materials electronically or otherwise.
